We provide a free initial consultation before your first service period.
This allows you to meet you primary pet care provider first hand and ask any questions you may have. The visit also allows your pets to meet your PCP and see them with you in their enviroment which helps them to quickly understand that we are a friend.
This also allows us to meet you and your pet(s) allowing us to better understand you and your pets needs. We are also able to answer any questions you may have regarding the forms you are required to complete, such as your veterinary release form, pet information forms etc. which will have been emailed to you once your Meet and Greet is booked and confirmed.
We arrange the meet and greet to take place in your home as that is where your pet will be seeing us regularly as well it allows you to provide us with a tour showing us where all the nesscary items are located for your pets visits/walks.
(Because this meeting is important, please make sure to book it a few days in advance and have a key cut and ready)
